One billet.

Each cup begins as a solid block of 6082-T6 aluminium and spends forty-one minutes under the tool before anything else happens to it.

One diaphragm.

A 1.6-micron planar film suspended in a symmetric magnetic field. It moves as a whole surface, so it stops the instant the signal stops.

One curve.

Every unit is measured before it leaves Oslo and ships with its own response plot. If it does not sit inside the window, it does not ship.

No listening panel decides the tuning. A target curve does, and every unit is held to it.

Serviceable forever

Pads, cable, headband and driver are each replaceable with a screwdriver. Nothing is glued shut.

Flat is a decision, not a default.

Every HALDEN shares one target: ±1.5 dB from 40 Hz to 8 kHz, with a deliberate presence lift at 2.5 kHz to keep vocals legible on small monitors. Below is the measured average of the last 500 units of each model, taken on a calibrated head simulator.

Bead-blasted, then anodised in one pass.

The chamfer is cut last, and cut by hand.
